Forever 21 to sell assets for $81M

In bankruptcy proceedings, retailer Forever 21 reached a deal to sell its assets for $81 million.

The buyer is a consortium comprising mall operators Simon Property Group and Brookfield Properties and brand management firm Authentic Brands Group.

The assets include all remaining stores and beauty line RileyRose.
