Foreign investment in Denver booms

Foreign investors spent over $980.5 million in the Denver market in 2015.

The Colorado purchases included office buildings, multifamily apartment complexes, industrial warehouses and retail storefronts throughout the metro area.

The figure represents roughly 9 percent of all real estate investments in Denver during 2015. The statistic considers only transactions of $2.5 million or greater.
