Ford to replace CEO

Ford Motor is replacing CEO Mark Fields, people familiar with the matter told The New York Times.

Jim Hackett, who oversees the Ford subsidiary that works on autonomous vehicles, will take over for Fields, the sources said.

An announcement is expected this morning.
