Ford to pay millions to settle harassment allegations

Ford Motor Co. agreed to pay up to $10.1 million to settle sexual and racial harassment allegations.

The settlement follows an examination by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

The EEOC says it found evidence that female and black employees at two Chicago plants were subject to sexual and racial harassment.
