Ford CEO gets 19% pay hike

Ford CEO Mark Fields' pay increased by 19 percent in 2016.

His total compensation was $22.1 million last year, up from $18.6 million in 2015.

In 2016, Ford produced $10.4 billion in pretax profits, which was down slightly from record earnings in 2015.
