Ford Motor Co. announced a new CEO of its Chinese operations after previous chief Jason Luo stepped down abruptly in January.
Anning Chen, a former Ford executive with 25 years of industry experience, becomes president and CEO of Ford China on Nov. 1. He previously was CEO of China's Chery Automobile Ltd.
Ford also announced plans to make its Chinese business a standalone unit.
