“We help out a north side food pantry at The Connecting Grounds, which is a church that’s only been around a year or so,” says Whitney Creehan, president of Gathering Friends for the Homeless. “Almost all of their food item come from what our group gathers.” Creehan says right now, they really need food items like peanut butter and jelly, canned goods and cereal. Items can be donated at Kaleidoscope on East Sunshine.
