Old Glory waves in the breeze high above the third annual Concrete Expo Sept. 29 at University Plaza Convention Center. The event, presented by the Concrete Promotion Council of the Ozarks, featured a series of seminars focused on green building, the economic outlook for the industry, an update from the Missouri Department of Transportation and changes in industry codes and regulations.
