Florida investor may boost real estate holdings in KC

A Florida sovereign wealth fund is considering further investment in Kansas City's multifamily investment market.

The Seminole Real Estate Fund, an arm of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, is in talks to buy the 132-unit Reverb apartment complex.

SemREF acquired the 12-story, 126-unit Arterra development in March.
