Blanchet, 29, shot 27 under par for the tournament that ended yesterday, according to a news release. Patrick Welch was second, shooting 24 under par.
The event had a total purse of $1 million, with the winner receiving $180,000.
The PGA-sanctioned PCCC is one of 26 tournaments on the 2025 Korn Ferry Tour schedule.
The PCCC doubles as a fundraiser for children's charities, and the tournament has gifted more than $20 million to charities over its history, according to past reporting.
The period between last year's PCCC and the tournament this year came with controversy, as the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame that oversees the tournament fell short in money owed to charities. The MSHOF recently announced that it expects to pay the $150,000 remainder, out of $740,000 initially owed, by month's end, according to past reporting.
Thirty nonprofits and organizations were on board for this year's PCCC.
