Florida-based BRP Group Inc. (Nasdaq: BRP) reached a deal to purchase Kansas City insurance firm Brush Creek Partners.
The deal is expected to close next month. The financial terms were undisclosed.
Brush Creek Partners provides commercial insurance, technology risk management and other services.
