Keeping the lines of communication open is critical so customers get the most benefit. He says your banker should keep you up-to-date on their business, so you can be aware of services that could benefit you. The bank should understand your business as a whole. This includes analyzing your financial reports to compare with past performance. The economy fluctuates. Harris says a bank should stick with it’s clients during good and bad times until you’re back on top of your game.
