Five people were killed Thursday, including a gunman who opened fire at two military-related facilities in Chattanooga, Tenn., in an attack described by local officials as an act of domestic terrorism.
The shootings began at about 10:45 a.m. at a military recruiting center in the southeastern Tennessee city and ended about 30 minutes later at a U.S. Naval Reserve Center located about six miles away.
The four victims of the attack were Marines at the reserve center, where the gunman, Mohammod Youssuf Abdulazeez, 24, was killed.
