Missouri is among 11 states being considered for a Fisker Inc. plant.
The Los Angeles-based electric car company announced it would build a manufacturing plant for a new luxury SUV. The vehicle is expected to launch in the latter half of 2021.
Other states being considered are California, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
