The first juror was selected yesterday for the sexual assault retrial of Bill Cosby.
Cosby, 80, is charged with drugging and sexually molesting a woman in 2004. His first trial in June 2017 resulted with a hung jury.
Out of 120 potential jurors for the retrial, 89 were struck. The first juror, a man, told the judge he has no prior knowledge of Cosby’s case and indicated the ability to not allow his knowledge of the #MeToo campaign to influence his impartiality.
