First business park going into Branson on Hwy. 248

The Branson Board of Aldermen also had first-reading approval of a master development agreement that would create the city’s first business park, to be located on Highway 248, west of the Tri-Lakes Center. The 400-acre Branson Commerce Park would be used for commercial, light industrial and residential development.
