Firefly Aerospace has filed initial public offering paperwork with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company intends to trade on the Nasdaq under the $FLY ticker symbol.
Firefly Aerospace, which has counted a commercial moon landing among its successes, will launch the IPO sometime this year. The company currently has $176.9 million in cash and cash equivalents.
