Fire and explosions were reported at the Philadelphia Energy Solutions Refining Complex.
Before 4 a.m. on Friday, the 150-year-old refinery complex caught fire and residents reported explosions. No injuries were reported.
The complex, which reportedly produces 335,00 barrels of crude oil per day, previously caught fire on June 10. No injuries were reported.
