Fiocchi's Ozark operation becomes focal point following ownership change

An Ozark facility operated by ammunition manufacturer Fiocchi of America is becoming a focal point for growth following a pair of acquisitions by a European industrial and technology group.

The Kinetic Group, based in Anoka, Minnesota, announced in a news release that it has added Fiocchi of America to its lineup of ammunition brands. The Czechoslovak Group in April purchased the remaining 30% of the Fiocchi Group, including Fiocchi of America, it did not already own, after buying TKG in late 2024.

"We’re excited to have Fiocchi of America officially join ... our group of world-leading ammunition brands. The Ozark, Missouri, facility, where Fiocchi shotshells are currently loaded, will become a center of excellence for shotshell products,” said Jason Vanderbrink, chair and CEO of TKG, in the release. "Ozark is just outside of Springfield, Missouri, a fantastic location for ammunition manufacturing, the outdoors, conservation and support of the Second Amendment."

TKG intends to relocate its HEVI-Shot operation to Ozark from Sweet Home, Oregon, starting this summer, with the consolidation to be completed by year's end.
