FIFA on Thursday announced Kansas City will be one of the host sites for the 2026 World Cup.
The economic impact of the soccer tournament in Kansas City could range from $160 million to $620 million.
The United States hasn't hosted the World Cup since 1994. It will be played at Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs.
