Fiat Chrysler to give dealership workers a free ride to college

Fiat Chrysler announced Monday it will roll out a program to cover the cost of college degrees for those who work at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Truck and FIAT dealerships.

CNNMoney reports the program will be available to 118,000 workers across the U.S. It will offer associate's, bachelor's and master's degrees for employees free of charge.

Fiat Chrysler is asking its 2,400 dealers across the country to opt into the program, and each would be required to pay a flat flee to enroll employees. The fee would stay the same regardless of the number of employees involved. Fiat Chrysler also would contribute an undisclosed amount of funding.
