Fiat Chrysler issued a recall for roughly 1.1 million pickups in the United States over a tailgate issue.
The recall is meant to fix the power-locking mechanisms on certain Ram pickup trucks to keep them from flying open while in motion.
The recall affects some Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks in the 2015-17 model years.
