Williams Construction Inc. is the general contractor for this addition and remodel of Carl Fellers’ Fellers Fixtures Inc. Creative Ink Architects LLC is the architect, and Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc. is the engineer for the 13,000-square-foot addition.

Commerce Bank is the lender for the approximately $1 million project, which also entails remodeling existing showroom space and allowing for new office and conference space. Fellers Fixtures sells kitchen supplies and equipment for restaurant and home use.
