The Trump administration on Friday announced a public-private partnership with CVS and Walgreens.
Under the partnership, the pharmacy chains would distribute a pending coronavirus vaccine to American seniors once it becomes available. The service would be free, officials said.
Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar called the move "another historic achievement in our efforts to get a safe and effective vaccine to Americans as fast as possible."
