A federal judge dismissed Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt’s lawsuit blaming China for COVID-19.
“All in all, the court has no choice but to dismiss this novel complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction," said U.S. District Judge Stephen Limbaugh.
Schmitt's office has filed a notice of appeal.
