U.S. District Judge Howard Sachs put a temporary pause to Missouri's eight-week abortion ban.
The block is meant to allow a lawsuit from Planned Parenthood and the American Civil Liberties Union to play out in court.
Sachs said the plaintiffs are likely to succeed in proving the law is unconstitutional.
