President Joe Biden approved a request from Gov. Mike Parson to declare a federal disaster after flooding in the St. Louis area last month.
The declaration gives victims access to federal funds to help with damage.
Residents in St. Louis, St. Louis County and St. Charles County may be eligible for the assistance.
