The Food and Drug Administration has confirmed the nation is facing a shortage of Adderall.
The shortage specifically impacts the immediate-release form of Adderall, a stimulant that helps people with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.
Teva Pharmaceuticals, the country's largest manufacturer of Adderall, is experiencing "intermittent manufacturing delays," according to the FDA.
