The Federal Communications Commission said Wednesday it plans to fine AT&T Mobility $100 million for misleading customers about its "unlimited" mobile data plans.
The fine would be the largest yet imposed by the agency for slowing down speeds for customers with such plans, according to USA Today.
According to the FCC, AT&T allegedly slowed Internet speeds to a crawl for users of more than 5 gigabytes a month of data.
