FCC approves T-Mobile-Sprint merger

The Federal Communications Commission yesterday formally approved the $26 billion merger of T-Mobile and Sprint.

The FCC decision doesn't mean the deal will close yet, though.

According to USA Today, the companies face lawsuits from more than a dozen state attorneys general over antitrust concerns.
