The FBI is investigating an attack on two electric substations in Moore County of central North Carolina.
Authorities are calling the incident a "targeted attack." Vandals reportedly opened fire on the substations.
On Sunday night, roughly 64% of the county's electric customers remained without power after the attack on Saturday night.
