Miami-based Lennar Corp. has closed on the purchase of Fayetteville, Arkansas, homebuilder Rausch Coleman Homes.
The acquisition was finalized for undisclosed terms.
Rausch Coleman Homes has built more than 5,000 residences in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, with an average sale price of roughly $230,000.
