Kansas City-based smart-building technology company Homebase LLC has been acquired.
Lubbock, Texas-based property management platform Quext is the buyer. The terms were not disclosed.
Homebase ranked No. 1 last year on the Kansas City Business Journal's list of the fastest-growing technology companies. Homebase had 2021 revenue of $8.1 million, up from $1.3 million in 2020.
