Kansas City-area company Side By Side Stuff sold to Florida-based Nivel Parts & Manufacturing Co. LLC for undisclosed terms.
Based in Drexel, Side By Side Stuff is a utility terrain vehicle aftermarket parts and accessories marketer.
Launched in 2006, it's appeared on the fast-growth Inc. 5000 list for the past five years. The company ranked No. 3,667 on the list last year, with three-year revenue growth of 95%. It posted $19.8 million in 2018 revenue.
