A New Jersey fashion designer filed a $30 million lawsuit against Nike and Michael Jordan.
Rocco Giordano alleges Nike and Jordan used his “6-Point” star logo without permission on apparel at the 2020 National Basketball Association All-Star Game weekend, Reuters reports.
The lawsuit alleges the star logo was identical to one created by Giordano and his apparel company Faded Royalty Inc.
