Pellham Phillips Hagerman was engineer and architect for Nancy and Fred Harwick's Dixie Stampede-Orlando, located across from Disney World in Orlando, Fla. It was completed in June. Suitt Construction Co. was the general contractor for the 1,200-seat, 127,264-square-foot structure, which had an estimated cost of $12 million. The facility combines dining with performance theater and a fully outfitted horse show, complete with a stampede of buffalo. The facility accommodates 1,200 people for the show and an additional 1,000 for the preshow.
