Jack Ball & Associates Architects PC was architect for William Woods University's new sports medicine facility in Fulton. Completed in August 2002, the 13,000-square-foot structure had an actual cost of $1,351,960. Kidwell Construction was the general contractor, and Walter P. Moore did the civil and structural engineering. Malicoat-Winslow provided mechanical-electrical-plumbing engineering services. The single-story building is constructed of block and brick with wood trusses and an asphalt-shingled roof. The building has classrooms, labs, exam rooms, offices and a large training room complete with an adjacent hydrotherapy room.
