Great Adventure Architects is architect for the Saddlebrooke Corporate Centre in the village of Saddlebrooke. Silverhill Co. and Smith Goth Engineers are engineers for the project for owner/developer Clyde Lorance.
A general contractor has not yet been selected for the approximately 30,000-square-foot structure, which has an estimated completion date of March 1, 2004. The three-story office building will be Class A office space. The anchor tenant for the building is Saddlebrooke corporate headquarters.
