Craig A. Schneider, AIA, of Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. AIA, is architect for the Phelps County Bank's branch facility in St. James. Rod Finkle, PE, of Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is doing the mechanical and electrical engineering. Hogan Construction Inc. is contractor for the 7,700-square-foot project, which is the third branch facility for Phelps County Bank. It will replace the existing branch in St. James. The new branch is a full masonry building with wood structural system. The lobby will open up to a large skylight system and give way to an open loan platform, a waiting area in the center and private offices around the platform There will be four interior teller stations with adjacent drive-through tellers. A large vault is planned, and a multi-use conference and training room also is included. |ret||ret||tab|
