ESC Inc. Engineers & Architects is providing full design services for developer Thane Kifer's new retail shopping center in Bolivar. Paul Miller is general contractor for the two-building, 18,200-square-foot project, which is slated for completion this winter.
Located adjacent to Polk County Bank in Bolivar, this retail development will feature a two-story section with elevator access for potential mixed use. The object of the design is to achieve a "village" aesthetic within budget, and provide maximum flexibility and business exposure for prospective tenants. The site was planned to provide adequate vehicle traffic, service access and future development while maximizing land utilization.
