Ben J. Goforth was architect for Town & Country Bank's 3,600-square-foot branch in Rolla. Hogan Construction was general contractor for the structure, which had an estimated construction cost of $2.5 million. It was completed this month. David Smith of Smith-Goth Engineering Inc. was engineer for the project, and Terri West of Interior Planning Consultants Inc. handled the interior design. The two-story branch facility houses a central data-processing department and a group-hosting area on lower-level grade access. The facility has wood-frame construction with masonry veneer and a fully zoned variable-air-value mechanical system.
