Several students will make the fruitcakes at the college’s Fruitcake and Jelly Kitchen. They will package them to sell in early November for a profit. Students may decide to donate a portion of their earnings or their unsold fruitcakes to a community service fund. In the past, they have donated fruitcakes to local senior centers and the Salvation Army.
