Facebook agreed to purchase New York startup CTRL-labs, a brain-computing company.
The deal is reportedly valued at $500 million to $1 billion.
CTRL-labs specializes in allowing humans to control computers with their brains. The team will join Facebook Reality Labs, a division that's working on augmented-reality smart glasses.
