Facebook pitches Oculus Rift PC bundle for gamers

Facebook is pitching Oculus Rift bundles for PC gamers in hopes of boosting sales of its virtual reality device.

The $1,500 bundles include the VR device itself, two games, a remote and a PC powerful enough to work with the device.

Preorders start today. Alone, the Oculus Rift costs $600, and it is scheduled to come out March 28.

For the bundle, Dell, its gaming brand Alienware and Asus are providing the PCs.
