Facebook named a new leader of Instagram a week after the company's co-founders resigned.
Adam Mosseri, Instagram’s current vice president of product, was tapped to succeed Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger, who quit six years after selling their company to Facebook for $1 billion.
Prior to his current position, Mosseri ran Facebook’s News Feed for years.
