Facebook director sells nearly half his stake

Facebook Inc. board member Marc Andreessen has sold nearly half his stake in the social network since Oct. 30, securities filings show.

In recent days, Andreessen sold 921,362 shares for about $96.5 million.

Andreessen continues to own 757,311 Class A Facebook shares and has claim to 379,429 Class B supervoting shares.
