Facebook on Monday closed above $1 trillion in market capitalization for the first time, CNBC reports.
The social media network becomes the fifth company to hit the milestone. Others are Apple, Microsoft, Amazon and Alphabet, Google's parent company.
Shares in Facebook were up after a legal ruling dismissed an antitrust complaint brought by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general.
