Facebook approaches 2B users

Facebook reported 1.86 billion monthly active users in its latest quarterly results. That’s up 17 percent from a year earlier.

Daily active users rose 18 percent to 1.23 billion.

Earnings were up from 79 cents per share on $5.8 billion in revenue.
