Facebook has been accused of entering customized data-sharing deals with select companies.
Through the deals, Facebook gave the companies access to user records after the point in 2015 when officials said it stopped releasing that information, according to court documents, company officials and people familiar with the matter.
Some of the agreements allows the companies to look at information about a user's Facebook friends, including phone numbers.
