Exxon Mobil added two members to its board of directors.
Activist investor Jeff Ubben, who founded Inclusive Capital Partners in 2020, and Mike Angelakis, chairperson and CEO of Atairos, are joining the board.
"We welcome these new directors as part of our ongoing board refreshment, which builds on the diverse global business experience of our current members," Exxon Chairperson and CEO Darren Woods said.
